Step 1 : Their website showed that the order will ship in 1-2 months from the day they took my money. I placed an order on 27 December 2019 Step 2 : Order actually took 8 months to ship. Step 3: They shipped an inferior product which does not fit my phone (probably because like 95% of iphone users, I have enclosed my phone in a case). Step 4: Customer service became totally non responsive as soon as I mentioned the term refund. I only get autogenerated responses that the request has been recieved. No communication for almost a month. Step 5: Now I can't dispute the payment through my credit card company also as it is well over the 90 days limit within which one can request chargeback. Fraudulent company. Please avoid
